STOP™ 安全观察与沟通项目（Safety Training &Observation Program）是杜邦公司从200多年的安全管理实践中提炼总结出来的一种针对个人行为安全改进与提升的方法，大家普遍简称为STOP™。STOP™ 安全观察与沟通项目通过训练企业员工在日常工作中对于个人的不安全行为和周遭的不安全环境状况采取行动，帮助员工改进不安全行为，提高安全意识，培养安全习惯，以达到提升企业安全绩效的目的。STOP™安全观察与沟通项目还有助于培养个人观察及沟通技巧，使你能采取积极而正面的步骤，确保一个更安全的工作场所。
